Nomination process
OSTAR award is open to all industry leaders, business owners, in-house marketing, agencies, company/organization regardless of its size, location, or activities and individuals across the globe. Any person, group or organization who meets the criteria of the related categories can submit the application of our award.

You need to select the category or categories that you would like to enter, then complete the steps on the Enter Now page in order to receive your unique login details. Submit your written entry before the deadline; if you have been shortlisted, you can begin preparing your presentation for the finals.

Ostar award has different seven categories which comprise, Organizational Award,
Start-Up Award, Information Technology Award, Project Award, Best Business Man/ Woman award, Dealing with COVID-19 Award, Innovation Award you can see full details in categories section.
Judging process
Step 1: Receive application and review applicant’s information.
Our pool of experts will review all application against different set of criteria, see judging criteria.
Step 2: Assign application to Subject Matter Export from our team
Every application will be assigned to an expert assessor of each category, to know more about the assessors see assessors page. Every assessor will revise the answers you have summited on the application, you must ensure all your entries are complete because once your application is reviewed it cannot be retrieved back.
Step 3: Assess the application based on total quality management concepts
Your application will be 50% assessed based on which degree you apply TQM concepts in your business core values and concepts, your business Performance, procedures, strategy implementation, etc.
Step 5: conduct the results and announce the winners
Your organization’s entry-submission account on The International Business Awards website, will contain the contact information for your point of contact, through which we will contact with you when the winners are announced.
After OStar Award winners are announced in December. Your organization’s point of contact agrees to:
- Whitelist the email address [email protected], from which most of our email correspondence will come
- Read all email correspondence from us promptly and respond as requested or required.
Step 6: Provide Feedback report:
A feedback report will be given to all entrants based on their request, feedback reports will be based on:
- Achievements
- Strengths
- Quality Management Level
- Competitiveness Results
- Proposed Improvements
